Can I keep my partners on my own domain?

Yes. Every partner gets a subdomain like acme.whitelabel.we.inc and can also attach their own custom domain (builder.acme.com). End-customer sites get their own domains too — fully provisioned with automatic SSL.

What happens if a partner uses their own Anthropic key?

We switch into BYOK mode and never see their traffic, spend, or rate limits. The partner is billed by Anthropic directly; you charge them a flat SaaS fee.

Is the AI experience the same across partners?

Core is shared. Partners can override the system prompt, the assistant's name, persona hints, and even restrict which frameworks the builder proposes — without forking your codebase.

How do you handle multi-tenant security?

Every tenant-owned table carries partner_id with row-level security policies enforced at the database layer, plus a partnerScopedDb(partnerId)wrapper as the primary defense in application code. Secrets are envelope-encrypted per partner.

How long does onboarding take?

About 5 minutes: claim subdomain, pick colors and logo, plug in a key (or skip for platform-metered credits), invite teammates. Partners start selling within a day.
